Meet Liz

Liz moved to North Pole, Alaska in 2013 where she served in the Accounting industry for 12 years. Liz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting in 2010 and then her Master's of Business Administration in 2017. After serving the accounting industry for years, and working in oft-converted closets turned offices with no windows, Liz realized one day that her energy was not the kind that could flourish in the quiet back offices of accounting departments. After being written up twice for laughing too loud in an office environment, and realizing it was counterintuitive to pay to go to a gym, Liz realized that as AI started to be established and take shape in the business world that no amount of AI could replace the care of the human touch, and intelligent application of thought in caring for someone else's space, especially those services that are more physically inclined. Fairbanks North Star Borough had a need for cleaning services and Liz heard that call and opened Arctic Star Cleaning in April of 2025. Liz enjoys having a more physically active profession and finds peace in the work of returning client spaces to quiet cleanliness. There is no one out there who would work as hard to earn the trust of caring for your space, and every clean is approached with the core values of courtesy, respect and professionalism.
